For miners hosted in our state-of-the-art facilities, OneMiners offers an unmatched 7-year full warranty—one of the longest in the industry.

Our hosted warranty covers:

  • 🔄 No charges for spare parts, including:

    • Fans

    • PSUs

    • Cables

  • 🧰 No labor or diagnostic fees

  • 🚀 Minimized downtime through rapid on-site service

Shipped ASIC Miners – 12-Month Warranty

For ASIC miners shipped directly to our customers, we provide a standard 1-year warranty, unless the manufacturer specifies otherwise.

This warranty includes:

  • ✅ Free repairs

  • 🔁 Replacement of units when necessary

  • 📘 Valid only when used in line with official operating instructions

⚠️ Please note: Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or non-compliant operation may void the warranty.

🛠️ Post-Warranty Support

Even after the standard warranty ends, we’ve got you covered. We offer affordable out-of-warranty repairs, typically ranging from $80 to $220 USD, depending on the issue and parts required.
